1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Lightning Leads collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit this website, contact us, schedule a meeting, or interact with our managed B2B contact-form prospecting services.

When a client has a separate written service agreement with Lightning Leads, that agreement may contain additional privacy, confidentiality, or data-processing terms. The written agreement controls if it conflicts with this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect your name, business email address, phone number, company, role, website, scheduling preferences, inquiry details, communications, and any other information you choose to provide.

Client and campaign information

When we provide services, we may process approved client profiles, target-market criteria, exclusion lists, campaign materials, outreach records, authorized access details for a client-created campaign inbox, response messages, acceptance decisions, notification records, billing evidence, and related business communications.

Business contact information

For B2B research and outreach, we may collect business contact information from public business sources or from our clients. This can include a person's name, professional role, company, public profile, business contact details, company website, and outreach status.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested page, timestamps, and security logs.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations.
  • Evaluate fit and prepare service proposals.
  • Research approved markets and operate authorized one-touch B2B contact-form campaigns.
  • Monitor authorized client-created campaign inboxes, qualify responses, notify clients about positive replies, document results, and maintain attribution.
  • Apply client exclusions, prior-contact checks, opt-outs, and do-not-contact requests.
  • Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and operations.
  • Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights and safety.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as responding to business inquiries and conducting relevant B2B operations.

4. Outreach choices and opt-outs

Our standard service sends one manually reviewed inquiry per approved company and does not use a no-response follow-up sequence. Further contact may occur when a recipient responds or invites later contact.

You may ask us to stop contacting you or your company at any time. Reply with your request or email ops@lightningleads.co. We may retain the minimum information needed to honor the request and prevent future contact.

5. When we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, scheduling, email, customer relationship management, security, billing, and business operations. Depending on the service used, providers may include Netlify, Calendly, Microsoft 365, and Attio.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization. We require providers to use information only for the services they perform for us, subject to their contracts and applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies and third-party services

The Lightning Leads website does not currently set advertising cookies or run third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs needed to deliver and secure the site.

If you follow a link to a third-party service, such as Calendly, that service may collect information and use cookies under its own privacy notice. We encourage you to review the third party's policy before submitting information.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including delivering services, maintaining accurate records, honoring opt-outs, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or contractual requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an explanation of our processing; to object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a decision.

To make a request, email ops@lightningleads.co with the subject “Privacy request.” Tell us your location and the request you want to make. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

9. International processing

Lightning Leads and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Children

This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice when appropriate.

12. Contact

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to ops@lightningleads.co or by text to 808‑772‑1429.
